Pass the Heck Out herbal tea
We thoughtfully blended this tea specifically to help you to get to sleep during life’s more stressful and exciting times. Most of us have memories of Chamomile tea before bed time- this is an upgraded version. Chamomile and Linden flowers not only taste absolutely delightful together, but have similar gentle, nervine qualities that beautifully highlight the sedative properties of Skullcap. Skullcap also helps with nervous exhaustion, as oat straw helps to stop the cyclical thinking that often keeps us up at night. Lavender ties this sleepy blend together with a gentle floral flavor, and emphasizes the relaxation.
Directions: Add 1-2 Tablespoons of tea to boiling water. Steep for 20 minutes- sip your way into sweet, sweet sleep.
